Lending Solutions – Direct Dealer Services assists our partners in bring indirect lending sources to the table.  We are the product providers for many top lenders in the Midwest.  We can assist our partners in finding and securing lending sources that cover the spectrum from Buy-Here-Pay-Here to prime and everything in between.

Floor Planning Solutions – Direct Dealer Services assists our partners in bring in floor planning solutions to assist in the inventory management needs.

Limited Warranties – Limited warranties are available to our partners wishing to offer buyers the peace of mind that a warranty provides when purchasing a vehicle. We offer fully customizable limited warranty programs allowing you to determine term, level of coverage, deductible, and limit of liability.  Our programs can be fully insured, reinsured, or self insured.  We offer our partners the opportunity to participate in up to 100% of unused reserves, making our programs some of the most price competitive on the market.   We can even create a customized certified used car program if desired.

Vehicle Service Contracts – Every consumer wants the peace of mind that a vehicle service contract provides.  Direct Dealer Services provides vehicle service contracts from various administrators covering vehicles over a broad span of mileage and time. Service agreements range from 3 months and 3,000 miles to 10 years and 120,000 miles. Vehicles eligible for coverage range from brand new to any year and any mileage.  We have programs that are specifically geared toward BHPH, Sub Prime, and European inventories.  The administrators and insurers of the products provided our partners and some of the oldest and largest in the country.  No matter what your need, we can provide you with the right solution at the right price.

GAP – Guaranteed Auto Protection is the number one aftermarket product today.  Direct Dealer Services provides our partners with the most feature rich GAP program available, at price points hard to beat.  You should not be left without a solid option for GAP in today’s low down payment lending climate.

Credit Insurance – Credit insurance has been a staple for F&I departments for decades. Direct Dealer Services provides traditional credit life and disability insurance. This coverage offers customers maximum protection when a death or disability occurs.

Interior and Exterior – Protecting a vehicles appearances is as important to customers as it has ever been, with one exception. That exception is the product’s impact on the environment. Direct Dealer Services provides is proud to offer environmentally friendly options to protect a vehicle’s paint, interior, windshield, tires, and wheels. Installation of these products is easier than ever.
Additionally Direct Dealer Services provides can provide an interior and exterior program that eliminates foul odors and dangerous germs. With our odor and germ elimination program, autos can be reconditioned to smell like new and not endanger a customer’s health. This product can also be offered in F&I as part of a customer return loyalty program.

Maintenance – Maintenance is something that is important to all vehicle owners. Without regularly performed maintenance, customers can void their factory warranties and detrimentally impact the life of their vehicle. With a prepaid maintenance program, you can easily provided maintenance packages that make it easier and more affordable for customers to maintain their vehicle. Theft Protection – Auto theft is always a concern to customers when they purchase a new automobile. Direct Dealer Services offers various theft reimbursement programs.  When a vehicle is stolen and not recovered either from the dealership or the customer, a predetermined benefit is received for the loss. The check is made out to the dealership for the customer to have a nice down-payment on a replacement vehicle.
